  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18-35 years for Assistant Secretary/Accounts Officer, 18-30 years for Assistant Professor/Superintendent/Jr Translation Officer, and 18-27 years for Junior Accountant/Junior Assistant, as of 22 December 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per CBSE rules.

  • Accounts Officer: A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, or Cost Accounting, OR a professional qualification like MBA (Finance), CA, or ICWA.
  • Superintendent: A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream, along with fundamental computer knowledge and typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
  • Junior Translation Officer: A Postgraduate (PG) Degree with Hindi or English as a subject from a recognized university.
  • Junior Accountant: Must have passed 12th class with Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Business Administration, Taxation, or Cost Accounting as a subject, and possess typing proficiency of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
  • Junior Assistant: Must have passed 12th class and demonstrate typing proficiency of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
